Our Story
With a love of cooking and a desire to eat a cleaner diet, we began making our grain-free granola. Through a tremendous amount of trial and effort, we finetuned the ingredients and processes to create a consistently great product. Our friends and family kept telling us it was SO good that we needed to sell it. We launched FRANOLA in January 2020.
We gave away samples everywhere we went, and started attending local markets where we received valuable feedback and gained a following among health-conscious customers who appreciated the brand's commitment to using high-quality, natural ingredients.
As our popularity grew, we expanded to selling online and in retail stores, while still maintaining a presence at local markets and events where we continue to connect with customers and share our story.
Why FRANOLA
Lower in carbs: Grain-free granola is lower in carbohydrates compared to traditional granola, which makes it a popular choice for people who follow a low-carb diet.

Grain-free: Grain-free granola is also gluten-free, which makes it a suitable option for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Less inflammation: Some people believe that grains can cause inflammation in the body, and choosing grain-free granola can help reduce inflammation and promote overall health.

Nutrient-dense: Grain-free granola often contains nutrient-dense ingredients like nuts, seeds, and coconut, which provide healthy fats, protein, and fiber. These ingredients can help boost energy, aid in digestion, and support overall health.

Nut-based: Nut-based granola is higher in fiber, loaded
with antioxidants, and may help lower cholesterol and
triglycerides.
Other Granola
High in carbs: Granola is often high in carbohydrates due to its high grain and refined sugar content, which can contribute to weight gain.

High in sugar: Many granolas contain processed sugars, which can contribute to an increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, and other health issues.

Low in protein: Granola is typically low in protein, which is an important macronutrient that helps build and repair muscles, among other functions.

Low in fiber: Many grain-based granolas are also low in fiber, which is important for maintaining digestive health and reducing the risk of certain diseases.

May contain processed ingredients: Some granolas contain processed ingredients such as refined oils, artificial flavors, and preservatives, which can be harmful to health.
