A: No. We currently ship only to California, USA. We definitely have plans to expand in the near future!

A: We source natural, non-gmo ingredients, however, not every ingredient is certified organic.
Q: Are your products Dairy-Free and Preservative-Free?Â
A: Any product you buy from FRANOLA is 100% natural without any animal products or preservatives.
Q: How should I store my granola?Â
A: To maintain freshness, we recommend placing your FRANOLA in a cool, dry place. Every bag should stay fresh for several months. For extended shelf life, you may consider storing it in the refrigerator.

Q: I am unsatisfied with my order, what should I do?Â
A: We take this very seriously. Let us know right away why you are unsatisfied and we will get back to you ASAP. We appreciate any and all feedback (it helps us grow as a business) and look forward to hearing how we can better serve you in the future. While we know our granola may not be for
everyone, we are unable to refund every order but will investigate the issues and contact you immediately if you qualify for a refund.
